This beautiful villa was built in 2005 and is located in the La Valencia Resort at the West End of Panama City Beach.

Your family will love this villa – located just across the street from the beachside pool and the gulf. This home is open, bright and cheerful. There is enough space for everyone to find privacy somewhere.

There is a bedroom on the first floor furnished with KING bed and FULL BATH with DOUBLE VANITY. The living room, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar and dining room are also located on the first floor, as well as a HALF BATH and FULL SIZED WASHER/DRYER.

The second floor has three bedrooms. There are two bedrooms furnished with KING sized beds and each has a FULL BATH. The third bedroom is furnished with TWO DOUBLE beds, a TV and a FULL BATH.

There is a sitting room on the second floor with a 13” TV/DVD combo and a love seat for the kids to sit and watch a movie or play a game. You can sit and enjoy your favorite beverage as you watch the sunrise or the incredible sunsets from the balcony located off this sitting room.

La Valencia maintains a shared BEACHSIDE POOL with changing/restroom facilities as well as a LIGHTED TENNIS COURT for your use and enjoyment.
