This home will sleep 6 comfortably with the use of a FULL SLEEPER SOFA located in the living room.
The second floor houses both the Master and Guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own FULL BATHROOM. The Master bedroom is furnished with a KING SIZED BED and has a wonderful view of the water from the bedroom or the PRIVATE BALCONY. The guest bedroom is furnished with a QUEEN SIZED BED. There is a TV in both bedrooms for your added convenience and relaxation.
There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN available for those meals you would rather stay home and prepare. There is a full assortment of utensils, dishes and cookware for your convenience. There is a ½ BATH located on the first floor off of the kitchen.
The living room leads to the deck where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. This deck is also great for sunbathing, grilling on the propane grill or just enjoying the view of the water. There are stairs that lead right down into the sand for those that want to be right on the beach for sunbathing or swimming in the Gulf.
For your added enjoyment, Cable TV, VCR, washer and dryer and local telephone service are provided.
