On the first floor of this home you will find, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full-sized washer/dryer. The Master Suite is furnished with a Queen size bed and has a private porch. The bath is complete with a whirlpool tub and a separate shower. The downstairs guest room has a Queen size bed and a full bath. There are TVs in both bedrooms.
On the second floor is the third bedroom equipped with 3 adult-sized built-in bunks and a full bath.
With the use of the Queen sofa sleeper in the living room this home will accommodate nine.
For your enjoyment, La Valencia maintains a shared beachfront pool with restrooms and changing facilities as well as a lighted tennis court.
