This beautiful home has the unique feature of having the living space on the second floor.  This allows for wonderful views of the ocean.  For the chef in the group, there is an open kitchen with Black granite countertops and all new appliances.  Enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar conversing with the chef while he/she passes samples from the kitchen or relax in the living room enjoying the ambience and the view.

There are 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths.  All the bedrooms are located on the first floor.  The very spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and Separate seating area.   Spend too much time in the sand and the surf?  Come back and relax in the lavish Jet tub to cool down before taking that afternoon nap.  There is a Separate shower for those that prefer a shower to a tub and a Dual vanity.  One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with 2 twin beds and Private full bath.  The third bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and Private full bath.

This home is gated for your privacy and has a Garage for your convenience.

It doesn’t get more heavenly than this.  Sit on the balcony and enjoy the most Gorgeous sunsets while listening to the ocean waves gently folding onto the beach.  Enjoy a walk on the velvety sugar white sand or take a dip in the cool Emerald green waters.
