The TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS in the main house are just off the dining area. This home is equipped with a FULL KITCHEN for those times you would rather eat home than go out. The living room has a opens out to a large FLORIDA ROOM where there is a Queen sleeper sofa and a small table with 4 chairs. The Florida room leads out to the patio where there is a table with seating for four and is on the beach. The TWO BEDROOMS AND TWO BATHS in the adjoining building are private and comfortable.

The main house allows ample seating for dining. The GAS GRILL AND LARGE PATIO allow for great cookouts overlooking the beach.

PRIVATE AND SECLUDED with palm trees, you begin to feel like you are on your own private island. 60’ of Gulf Front make this home priceless and unusual.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a $250 fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

A Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). $250 will be charged to the credit card submitted, upon receipt of your signed contract. The balance of the deposit ($750) will be held as an authorization only on the credit card submitted at the time your final rental balance is due (14 days prior to arrival). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided all conditions have been met. (see Deposit and Departure Requirements in contract)
