2 bedroom, 2½ bath Townhouse overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

This home will sleep 6 comfortably with the use of a FULL SLEEPER SOFA located in the living room.

The second floor houses both the Master and Guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own FULL BATHROOM. The Master bedroom is furnished with a KING SIZED BED and has a wonderful view of the water from the bedroom or the PRIVATE BALCONY. The guest bedroom is furnished with a QUEEN SIZED BED. There is a TV in both bedrooms for your added convenience and relaxation.

There is a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN available for those meals you would rather prepare for yourself. There is a full assortment of utensils, dishes and cookware for your convenience. There is a ½ BATH located on the first floor off of the kitchen.

The living room leads to the deck where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent sunsets. This deck is also great for sunbathing, grilling on the propane grill or just enjoying the view of the water. There are stairs that lead right down into the sand for those that want to be right on the beach for sunbathing or swimming in the Gulf.

For your added enjoyment, Cable TV, VCR, full-size washer/dryer and local telephone service are provided.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a $250 fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

A Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). $250 will be charged to the credit card submitted, upon receipt of your signed contract. The balance of the deposit ($750) will be held as an authorization only on the credit card submitted at the time your final rental balance is due (14 days prior to arrival). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided all conditions have been met. (see Deposit and Departure Requirements in contract)
