The larger Master suite has a KING sized bed with adjoining bath and JACUZZI tub with a separate shower alcove. Spacious closet ,a mirrored dresser and TV inside armoire.

Upper master suite has a gorgeous KING size four-poster bed and a spacious adjoining bath. TV inside armoire and a wonderful Juliet balcony for your viewing pleasure.

Lower guest bedroom has a daybed that can be used as two twin beds or converted to a KING bed, also has an adjoining bath.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a $250 fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

A Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). $250 will be charged to the credit card submitted, upon receipt of your signed contract. The balance of the deposit ($750) will be held as an authorization only on the credit card submitted at the time your final rental balance is due (14 days prior to arrival). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided all conditions have been met. (see Deposit and Departure Requirements in contract)
