Southern Comfort is a Beautiful 2 Story Single Family Home that has the feel of the Caribbean with delightful decorator touches everywhere you look. This Gulf Front Home has 2000 square feet of pure delight and features covered balconies where you can relax and watch the amazing sunsets.

Three Bedrooms and Three Baths, this home will change your Latitude and Attitude and put you in the Island mood in a heart beat. Upon arrival, you begin to feel like you are on your own beautiful island, and you feel welcomed immediately.

The sounds of soft lapping waves surround you everywhere. A view of the beach and sand dunes that stretch almost a mile down the dedicated beach, without any obstructions makes this home even more special. As you step down the stairs into the sand the beautiful Gulf of Mexico awaits you.

Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Size Bed, Plus a Queen Size sleeper sofa. The adjoining Master Bath has a corner jetted jacuzzi tub, separate shower and double vanities.

Large Guest Bedroom is furnished with two Queen Size beds and has an adjoining bath. There is also a separate closet at the foot of each bed for your added convenience.

First Floor Guest Bedroom is furnished with two twin size beds. Livingroom has a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a $250 fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

A Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). $250 will be charged to the credit card submitted, upon receipt of your signed contract. The balance of the deposit ($750) will be held as an authorization only on the credit card submitted at the time your final rental balance is due (14 days prior to arrival). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided all conditions have been met. (see Deposit and Departure Requirements in contract)
