This beautiful 2-story Single Family Home has two great decks, a fully equipped kitchen, Full Washer/Dryer and a Beautiful Great Room.

The home is professionally decorated and very warm and inviting. Master Bedroom has a King size bed and it’s own beautiful large deck facing the Gulf. The Master bath has a Jacuzzi Tub with separate shower and double sinks. The second bedroom is as large as the Master. It has a King size bed and one Full size bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom downstairs has a Queen size bed and full bath.

The Covered Porch off the Great Room boasts a round dining table with plenty of seating and a gas grill for great cookouts. A Ten-foot Sundeck extends beyond the covered porch off the great room, allowing ample space for sun bathing. Enjoy the Outdoor Shower located at the bottom of the deck stairs.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a $250 fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.

Deposit Policy

A Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). $250 will be charged to the credit card submitted, upon receipt of your signed contract. The balance of the deposit ($750) will be held as an authorization only on the credit card submitted at the time your final rental balance is due (14 days prior to arrival). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided all conditions have been met. (see Deposit and Departure Requirements in contract)
