For the chef in the group, there is an open kitchen with Black granite countertops and all new appliances. Enjoy sitting at the breakfast bar conversing with the chef while he/she passes samples from the kitchen or relax in the living room enjoying the ambience and the view.

There are 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths. All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The very spacious master bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and Separate seating area. Spend too much time in the sand and the surf? Come back and relax in the lavish Jet tub to cool down before taking that afternoon nap. There is a Separate shower for those that prefer a shower to a tub and a Dual vanity. One of the guest bedrooms is furnished with 2 twin beds and Private full bath. The third bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and Private full bath.

This home is gated for your privacy and has a Garage for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be subject to a $250 fee if you cancel your reservation anytime up to and including 15 days prior to arrival. Full payment of rental is due and payable 14 days prior to your arrival. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will be non-refundable. No refunds or compensation will be given for late arrivals or departures earlier than scheduled.
Deposit Policy

A Security/Damage Deposit is due in the amount of $1000 (deposit does not apply towards rental fee). $250 will be charged to the credit card submitted, upon receipt of your online booking. The balance of the deposit ($750) will be held as an authorization only on the credit card submitted at the time your final rental balance is due (14 days prior to arrival). The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure provided all conditions have been met. (see Deposit and Departure Requirements in contract)
